  1. Bio-individuality™: Each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why the quick fix or generic fad diets fail in the long run. Personalized support to make positive changes helps cultivate the ability to eat intuitively, trusting your body to guide you to the foods that best support you and allow your body and mind to operate at their fullest potential. We will work together to find a nutrition plan that is based on your personal taste and preferences, natural shape and size, needs, lifestyle, and ancestral background.
  2. Primary Food™: It’s not simply the food we eat, but many other factors present in our daily lives that support lasting health and overall well-being. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will be that honest, loving, loyal bestie that has your back as you make lifestyle changes that empower you to achieve your health goals in multiple areas of your life.
  3. Integrative Nutrition™ Plate: The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasizes the importance of whole foods; local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of portion size. To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality. I’ll help you explore a whole food and fitness lifestyle specific to your needs as you begin to create a life of health and happiness.

1-1 Coaching Services

4 Weeks – 1 Month 

*Explore a whole food and fitness lifestyle. Whether it’s for the first time or you are in need of a refresh!

Includes:

  • Two, 1-hour coaching sessions; bi-weekly (phone, video conferencing, in-person)
  • Email support within 48 hours
  • Personal eating plan
  • Whole health lifestyle adjustments for lasting wellness
  • Recommended recipes (natural food therapies as needed)
  • Grocery shopping guide

You will begin to:

  • Understand your relationship with food and fitness.
  • Create healthy habits and integrate simple lifestyle changes into your daily routine.
  • Develop ways to gain clarity and increase confidence to ultimately manifest your personal whole health vision and goals.

12 Weeks – 3 Month

*Deep dive into areas of your life that need love and attention. Discuss overlooked patterns and habits that may be causing you to struggle with reaching your personal health goals. Commit to becoming your best, most healthy self!

  • Six, 1-hour coaching sessions; bi-weekly (phone, video conferencing, in-person)
  • Email support within 48 hours
  • Personal whole food and fitness plan (goals and recommendations based on bio-individuality)
  • Whole health lifestyle adjustments and resources for lasting wellness based on personal Primary Food needs
  • Recommended recipes (natural food therapies as needed)
  • Grocery shopping guide
  • Pantry makeover

You will:

  • Establish consistent and enjoyable healthy habits in relation to food and fitness.
  • Understand and practice whole health lifestyle adjustments.
  • Develop a sense of balance and self-empowerment skills to regularly make confident choices based upon on your needs, your whole health goals, and your vision for self-fulfillment.
  • Begin to see and feel positive change in your overall well-being; physical, mental, and emotional health.

6 Month

*Comprehensive and effective look at bringing love and attention to those areas that need improvement. In a safe and supportive space, we dig into the circle of life platform, which includes nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, relationships, career, spirituality, joy, and happiness. Together we will formulate action steps you can take to make positive changes that will be sustainable over time. I will guide you to find balance in your life through food and fitness. My ongoing support as your accountability coach will be key as you feel empowered to accomplish your whole health goals and overall self-fulfilling vision!

  • Twelve, 1-hour coaching sessions; bi-weekly (phone, video conferencing, in-person)
  • Email support within 48 hours
  • Personal whole food and fitness plan (goals and recommendations based on bio-individuality)
  • Whole health lifestyle adjustments and resources for lasting wellness based on personal Primary Food needs
  • Recommended recipes (natural food therapies as needed)
  • Grocery shopping guide
  • Pantry makeover or healthy shopping tour and one cooking session

You will:

  • Master positive and sustainable food and fitness lifestyle changes.
  • Establish healthy boundaries and habits within each area of your life as you build self-care confidence regarding your individual needs.
  • Build an understanding of any physical, mental, and emotional blocks which may be creating larger health issues and disease.
  • Cultivate the ability to listen to your intuition. Trusting your body to guide you to the foods and lifestyle that best support you on an individualistic level.
  • Create space for healing and positive growth as you allow yourself to thrive and become the best, most healthy version of you.
