Tumeric, Honey, Ginger Chicken Thighs

6 organic chicken thighs

2 Tablespoons tumeric

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 clove garlic, grated

1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1/2 Tablespoon all-natural/local honey

1/4 cup EVOO or avocado oil 

 

Combine all ingredients except chicken to small bowl, whisk together. 

Add raw chicken to the marinade sauce.

Marinate in a containter for 3 hours – overnight.

Cooking options:

Instant Pot pressure cook for 7 minutes with marinade (my favorite option)

Bake with some of the marinade in oven on 350 degrees until temperature reaches 190. 

Grill or air-fry. 

*Add mixed greens, sweet potato bites and/or Thai Jasmine rice for complete dinner.
